Seared Thai Salmon

1 – 2 tbsp. gluten-free Thai red curry paste

2 salmon steaks

1 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation:

Rub the curry paste over the salmon. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over a medium/high heat and cook the salmon for 4 minutes each side, turning only once, or until cooked through. Serves: 2.
