This simple recipe is wonderful when trying to ward off seasonal colds by adding additional vitamin C to your diet.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 cup cranberry juice
4 tablespoons sugar
2 cups club soda
fresh mint or lemon balm (optional)
Method:
1. In a small pitcher, combine orange juice, cranberry juice and sugar.
2. Mix well and chill.
3. Just before serving, stir in club soda.
4. Pour over crushed ice.
5. Add sprigs of fresh mint or lemon balm and serve.
