Barbados International Airport To Remain Closed Until April 14

CHRIST CHURCH, Barbados (Monday, April 12, 2021) — The Grantley Adams International Airport will remain closed until noon, Wednesday, April 14, due to the ongoing ash fall, resulting from the eruption of the La Soufriere volcano in St. Vincent.

During this period of airport closure, access to the airport will be limited to authorised, essential airport personnel.

Passengers, who have been affected as a result of this closure, are asked to contact their respective airlines for alternative flight arrangements.
