Let’s Keep Counting Our Blessings And Looking At The Glass As Half Full

Chef Selwyn Richards -- largerHow do you feel about the vaccine passport? I, for one, welcome it! Our businesses can continue without any lockdowns, while we keep our clients and their guests and our employees safe.

Another election came and went. Canadians spoke truth to power, by sending a clear message of how they would like to be governed. We are facing one of humankind’s biggest crises in generations, and it is very important that governments, everywhere, work together for the greater good. We are very fortunate to be living in a country that we can exercise our democratic rights, without any undue influences — or fear of persecution.

As we continue to look at the glass as half full, let’s keep counting our blessings, and let our blessings count. Using them to light our paths, no matter what knocks us down in life, we need to get back up and keep on going, never giving up. Great blessings are a result of great perseverance.

As is so eloquently said in Romans 5:3-5: “Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts, through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”

Wishing you God’s richest blessings, I encourage you to pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. May the good Lord keep and prosper you in good health and wealth.

Stay blessed.
