Meaningful Living Takes Courage

Trying to live among the challenges of today’s world, is like stepping, barefooted, through an unknown field, and always wondering what will be the next happening, to demand attention.

On a daily basis, our lives are impacted with the advance of technology, governmental changes, workplace demands, as well as family relationships. Therefore, there is the constant need for us to be courageous, bold and adaptive to new circumstances.

This demands courage, focus, planning and a positive attitude, because there are always decisions to be made and actions to be taken, that impact, not only our own lives, but also the well-being of others with whom we live, work, worship and celebrate.

Accompanying all of this, are the daily distractions and detours that are ongoing realities, so in order to enjoy lives that are meaningful, uplifting and manageable you need to:
> Accept complete responsibility for your actions;
> Embrace activities and people that exemplify courage;
> Focus on your strengths and knowledge, when making decisions;
> Engage in practices for physical, emotional, social and spiritual growth;
> Rid yourself of habits and people, who are not enhancing your life; and
> Be patient with yourself. Developing courage takes time.
