1 (7- to 9-pound) bone-in, shank-end, fully cooked, spiral-sliced ham, at room temperature
½ cup sweet orange marmalade
3 tbsp (packed) light brown sugar
¼ tsp ground cloves
2 tsp cider vinegar
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Discard plastic disk covering the ham bone. Wrap ham in a sheet of 18-inch-wide heavy-duty foil. Place ham in a large roasting pan, cut-side down. Bake 1 ¼ hours. Remove ham from oven and unwrap foil to expose surface of ham. In a small cup, mix marmalade, brown sugar, cloves, and vinegar; brush mixture over ham. Put ham back in oven; bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until internal temperature between slices registers 130ºF on an instant-read thermometer. Let ham rest 15 minutes before serving. Serves: 8.
