Across the car buying landscape many potential drivers face the challenge of having to settle for a vehicle they don’t really want, rather than cruise along in a quality car, while wearing a broad smile.

Arash Khalili, of Yorkdale Ford, helps his clients face and overcome challenges often associated with vehicle ownership.

It is his mantra, that he is not in the business of just selling cars, but also to help his clients rebuild their credit. “It’s not all about the cars, it’s all about the credit,” says Arash.

With four years’ experience under his belt at Yorkdale Ford alone, the Specialty Finance Manager is a 17-year veteran in auto sales. Arash notes that with his accessibility to a wide range of vehicles, customers have the advantage of a choice.

It is on the road, there are often speed-bumps and potholes with which potential drivers must contend, before they can turn the ignition. This is where Arash’s expertise begins to truly shine.

A special relationship with several lenders, including their own in-house lender and Ford Credit, allows Yorkdale Ford to tout boldly that they have a “100% approval guaranteed” rating.

This is the case regardless of various potential obstacles – to include: previous or current repossessed vehicle; bankruptcy; outstanding tickets; lack of adequate credit; etc.

Arash says, “As long as a client has a valid driver’s licence and an income, I can help him or her.”

A pre-approved system is the method used to guarantee customers’ satisfaction. “There are two ways to buy a car,” says Arash, “the professional way, and the unprofessional way.”

He explains that the professional way is to pre-approve a client for a specific dollar amount, then determine with that client, the vehicle that will meet their expectation, and qualification.

For Arash, the experience should not be one that will leave a customer in regret. He notes that to build or rebuild his customers’ credit, they must be willing, and able, to make payments within their comfort zone.

The dealership also welcomes trade-ins, and in contrast to many dealerships, Yorkdale Ford will accept cash as payment.
