TORONTO, Ontario – The latest project — The Gates of Edgehill — of Morrison Financial and real estate development company, Edgehill Homes, is Jamaica’s newest, affordable, gated community, overlooking the ocean, just minutes above Ocho Rios.
The Gates of Edgehill will be launched to Southern Ontarians on Tuesday, January 27, from 6:30 – 9:30PM, at the Jamaican Canadian Centre, 995 Arrow Road in Toronto.

Morrison Financial has had a long and endearing relationship with Jamaica, says Canadian financier, David Morrison.
“We financed our first development in Jamaica in Spanish Town in 1996 and I continue to visit the land of way more than wood and water frequently,” Morrison says. Funding for the Edgehill gated community of luxury homes is being provided by Morrison Financial.
Both Morrison and Bennett have a long-standing business partnership, said President and founder of Edgehill Homes, Rollyn Bennett, who began his career in financing in Canada.
“I am passionate about Jamaica and now call both countries my home and am delighted to create this extension to Edgehill’s history of bringing better housing at affordable prices.”
Bennett adds, his company “chose St. Mary because of a lack of available luxury rental listings in the parish in particular, and an overall low supply of luxury properties across Jamaica, generally.”
