Re: Yvonne Sam’s column, “Parents’ Responsibility Toward Their Children’s Schooling Revisited”
I happen to share this perspective 100 percent. I believe that “parenting” is a Divine assignment that we are fortunate to be granted.
Too often, we abdicate our responsibility to the dictates of greed and misguided pursuits. I believe that children are nature’s blessings to the world — the process the Universe designed to procreate itself and express its wonders through evolution.
I am an advocate for continuous discovery and believe that the more we yearn to learn, the more the wonders of the marvelous universe reveals herself.
Please, let us commit ourselves as parents, to keep the wonderment and curiosity alive; to show our children, in a positive manner, that our role as humans is to learn and grow, and to pass the torch to the future generation, so that they can continue the process of enlightenment.
Hats off to Yvonne Sam, for accurately identifying a major impediment to universal development.
Respectfully,
