School Boy Shot And Killed In Trinidad

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad and Tobago, September 9, 2016 (CMC) – Police are searching for the killers of a 15-year-old schoolboy, who was shot near his home in Chaguanas, in Central Trinidad last night.

Police said that Mohammed Ali, a pupil of the Carapichaima West Secondary School, was killed during a drive-by shooting.

According to police, at around 10 p.m. (local time) Ali was at an eatery at the Village Plaza when a white AD wagon pulled up and the occupants opened fire and sped off.

Ali, whose father was shot and killed recently, was shot in the head and died within minutes.

So far this year 315 people have been murdered here.
